Installing NRGSuite-Qt
----------------------

#. Open PyMOL. In the top bar, click **Plugin** -> **Plugin Manager** -> **Install New Plugin** -> **Choose file**

    .. note::

        If installed using **Miniconda** you will need to write **pymol** in **Terminal** (MacOS/Linux) or **Anaconda Prompt** (Windows) and press :kbd:`Enter` to open PyMOL.

#. Go to the directory of the source code and select the downloaded ***.zip*** file and click **Open**.

    .. note::

        If the file was downloaded via Safari and the zip was extracted and doesn't exist in the directory. Go to the downloaded folder and click on the file '__ini__.py'.

#. A prompt will appear to choose a directory for the installed plug-in. We recommend using the suggested path

#. If the plugin has been installed correctly it will appear in the "Plugin" tab. Clicking on NRGSuite_Qt will open the plugin
